Lurse Dialog: cross-sector discussion platform provides fresh impulses
Paderborn/Salzkotten, May 11, 2015 – The HR strategy consultant Lurse initiated the first ‘Lurse Dialog’, which addressed issues related to the main topic “talent management” and took place at the Gerbermühle in Frankfurt on April 27, 2015. Numerous HR experts and decision makers from leading companies accepted the cross-sector invitation and used the opportunity for an intensive exchange of knowledge and experience.
Three parallel workshops shed new light on the topics “performance management”, “potential” and “succession management”, for example by using analogies from other fields. Therefore, Andrea Prehofer, the former Vice President Global Talent Acquisition & Development at Siemens, talked about fortune cookies, race drivers and swimming pools during her workshop on the topic “potential” and, in doing so, provided impetus that was well received by those participating in her workshop. Thinking outside the box delivered fresh impulses for participants in all of the workshops, in addition to surprising, cutting-edge approaches to talent management.
Anton Stockhausen, a member of Lurse’s board of management, views participants’ extremely positive response to the event as an affirmation of the choice of topic and concept of the event.
“The topic was very well chosen and the discussion within the group was productive. What really appealed to me is that the event was not simply an endless presentation of slides, but rather truly provided room for discussion and exchange,” explains Martin Strecker, Head of Human Resources at DEUTZ AG, thereby summarizing the impression of several participants.
Further Lurse Dialog events are in the works. You can find the dates in advance at Seminars / Events (in German).
