Review: Lurse Dialog dedicated to transparency
n Munich, on June 6, 2016, the half-day conference in the context of the “Lurse Dialog” series dealt intensively with the subject “transparency.” How much transparency do companies need to manage changes successfully? To what extent is a clear picture of the initial situation and the direction needed to ensure the purposeful development of talents, and how can this clarity be used in a sustainable manner?
In two successive workshops, Silke Kull, Director HR Training & Development at arvato Financial Solutions, first explained the importance of creating transparency. The rapid growth of the internationally operating financial service provider had led to a heterogeneous image of structures, functions, and roles, which had to be harmonized. Subsequently, Oliver Titzmann, Senior Manager at Lurse, used a practical example to shine a light on how this transparency can be optimally used to develop managers programmatically.
With the event series “Lurse Dialog”, Lurse offers their customers an exchange platform covering a wide range of current and future personnel topics. This event once again provided an exceptional networking and dialog opportunity for participants in the pleasant atmosphere of the Freisinger Hof and in the best weather.
The next Lurse Dialog on transparency will take place at Mühlheim/Ruhr on September 19, 2016. More events, also on other topics, are in planning. You will soon find the dates on www.lurse.de.
