Services: Creating the bases
In the Services job family we bundle various specialized tasks, including corporate pension scheme administration, actuarial services, and benchmarking. This area mainly evolves around customer assignments that are usually received on an annual basis by Lurse, as well as additional conceptual tasks within the course of the project. With the help of IT systems, analyses and evaluations are developed that serve the clients as the basis for far-reaching corporate decisions.
This area of expertise involves on the one hand, the preparation of mathematical insurance audits or the administration of a corporate pension scheme selected by the client company. On the other hand, it involves the area of benchmarking and the implementation of salary comparisons and special benchmarks for general topics such as the Transparency of Remuneration Act or talent management and leadership.
