In July, we once again conduct our study on the topic “Trends in Compensation”. It will provide guidance for your budget planning just in time for the fall. Due to several requests, questions pertaining to the topic “trends” have been added and offer participants a range of opinions concerning issues facing human resource policy both now and in the future. Given the more than 200 companies participating, our results have been based on a substantial pool of data in recent years. We expect to be able to provide informative data this year as well.
