Lars Golatka (47) is Managing Partner at Lurse since October 1, 2022. With the entry of Golatka, Lurse, leading provider in HR strategy consulting and the optimization and digitalization of complex pension commitments, strengthens the management team in the pension business and consistently continues its growth strategy.
As Managing Partner for Lurse, Lars Golatka is expanding the service business field for institutions for occupational retirement provision (IORPs) and companies in the financial sector. In the new position, Golatka will advise and support pension funds, banks, insurers and investment companies in setting up portfolio management systems and processes digitally, efficiently and in line with the demands of the market. The P-LIVE occupational pension administration platform, which has been proven over many years, offers him an excellent starting point for this. In addition, it sets the course for the expansion of consulting and actuarial services, risk and branch management, and investment consulting for pension funds.

Lars Golatka can refer to more than 20 years of experience in the market. He comes from the Zurich Group, where he managed the pension business for almost seven years, most recently as divisional board member, and was also chairman of the board of Deutscher Pensionsfonds AG and Der Deutsche Betriebsrente. His previous positions included various senior positions in the occupational pension business at Generali, including Head of Management Consulting Large and Medium Size Corporates. After completing his banking apprenticeship and graduating with a degree in business administration from the Academy of Savings Banks, he began his career as an expert in the corporate banking division of two international banks.
Lars Golatka has five children and lives with his family in Hanover. He is a passionate motorcyclist.
