With Jörg Kiesewalter, a top expert for agile forms of work will start at the Lurse location in Frankfurt on 1.10.2022. As Senior Manager, he will strengthen the HR Consulting field there, and in particular bring his extensive practical expertise in change projects and organizational development to client projects.

The certified business coach was most recently Vice President HR Development and Transformation at DB Cargo AG, where he was responsible for HR development, talent and performance management of employees and operational executives, and transformation as part of the implementation of the corporate strategy.

In his 19-year career at Deutsche Bahn, the business studies graduate has worked in various divisions and different industries, such as IT and logistics. During this time, he was responsible for numerous challenging change projects in leading HR functions.
