Die DPG ist ein Spezialist für die digitale Verwaltung von Pensionszusagen, Versicherungsmathematik sowie Asset-Consulting, der sich insbesondere durch die Entwicklung einer herausragenden digitalen und hoch automatisierten Infrastruktur auszeichnet. Mit der Übernahme erschließt sich Lurse eine neue, führende Marktposition als ganzheitlicher Total Compensation-Anbieter, der das gesamte Spektrum der Vergütungsberatung beherrscht, inklusive Digitalisierung und Berücksichtigung der kommunikativen Kundenanforderungen. Aus der Kombination HR-Strategieberatung, Pensionsverwaltung und deren Digitalisierung erlangt Lurse ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal im deutschen Markt, das selbst die großen internationalen Wettbewerber nicht beherrschen. Über den Kaufpreis haben die beteiligten Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Mit der Übernahme der DPG ergänzt Lurse das Angebot vor allem in der digitalen bAV-Administration. Über 120 Mitarbeiter bieten ab sofort eine umfassende, ganzheitliche Beratung und Dienstleistung in der bAV an. Sie sind auch dazu in der Lage, gesamtheitlich die Administration für Pensionsfonds und bAV-Lebensversicherungsgesellschaften abzubilden. Der nahtlose Übergang der wichtigen Bereiche Consulting und Software in die Lurse AG ist gewährleistet. Denn zwei ausgewiesene Experten der DPG, Dr. Otmar Stüpp und Stephan Döll, werden zukünftig als Partner für das kombinierte Unternehmen tätig sein und gemeinsam mit Matthias Edelmann, Managing Partner der Lurse AG, und Jürgen Neumann die Geschäftsführung übernehmen.

Lurse acquires Deutsche Pensions Group and becomes the most complete provider in Germany for Total Compensation

Düsseldorf/Frankfurt, June 4, 2019 – Lurse AG, a leading HR strategy consultancy focusing on compensation and employee benefits, pensions and talent has acquired the Deutsche Pensions Group GmbH (DPG) based in Düsseldorf. DPG is a specialist in the digital management of pension commitments, actuarial mathematics and asset consulting, and the company particularly stands out through its successful development of a first-rate digital and highly automated infrastructure. The takeover enables Lurse to take up a new position on the market as a leading integrated Total Compensation provider that covers the full spectrum of compensation consulting, including digitalization and the due consideration of specific client communication requirements. The combination of HR strategy consulting, the administration of retirement pensions and digitalization provides Lurse with a unique selling proposition on the German market that even its major international competitors cannot claim to have. The two parties involved in the takeover have both agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

With its takeover of DPG, Lurse is above all supplementing its service spectrum in the field of the digital administration of corporate pension schemes. With immediate effect, more than 120 employees are offering comprehensive all-round consulting and services in the field of occupational retirement provision. They are now also able to model and map the administrative requirements for pension funds and pension plan life insurance companies in their entirety. The seamless transition of the important domains of consulting and software into Lurse is ensured by the fact that two recognized experts from DPG, Dr. Otmar Stüpp and Stephan Döll, will be serving as partners for the combined company. They will be taking over management responsibilities together with Matthias Edelmann, Managing Partner of Lurse AG, and Jürgen Neumann.
